We believe our Primary Consulting Role is to observe, educate, strategize and provide multiple creative recommendations for clients.

We accept only Ethical Projects with which we feel qualified and can manage in a responsible and timely manner.

We view and assume that our relationship with clients is that of Strategist, Confidant and long-term Collaborative Business Partner.

Principle #4

We approach all projects objectively and without "cookie cutter" solutions or pre determined conclusions.  We believe as a matter of Business Ethics that we should not predict specific cost savings and/or revenue increases as a matter of practice.

Principle #5

We passionately endorse and will fervently protect a clear boundary of Vendor Independence in order to provide clients with the most impartial, unbiased, and objective recommendations so they can comfortably rely on our knowledgeable counsel and in an ethical manner.

Principle #6

We will actively engage in frequent interactive discussions with clients, institutions, vendors and other industry professionals in order to better assess the past and present and more accurately forecast future developments and horizons.

Principle #7

We will protect all known Proprietary and Confidential Information which have been revealed to us as such. We will not knowingly facilitate rumor dispersion and will endeavor to resolve any misleading commentary through primary and authority sources.

Principle #8

We will utilize all principled avenues of communications and management proficiency to resolve any matters of conflict and facilitate positive and productive long-term relationships between all parties.

Principle #9

We believe that a Reflective Evaluation approach will provide our clients with the best and most productive long-term strategic solutions.
